About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Executive to join our team at Golden PI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions across calls, emails, and chats, resolving customer queries effectively, and guiding investors with relevant information about bonds and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
• Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and live chats.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist and advise investors by providing relevant information about bonds and investment opportunities.
• Follow up with customers and investors to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of customer issues and drive them toward zero-resolution/zero-pending status.
• Coordinate with internal teams wherever required to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Adhere to company processes, service standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Engagement, Investor Support, Banking, Financial Services, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial/investment concepts clearly to customers.
• Good working knowledge of email, chat, and CRM/customer-support systems.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Candidates with experience in bonds, investments, BFSI, fintech, or capital markets will be preferred.
