About this role
- Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business needs into solution approaches.
- Support pre-sales activities including proposals, estimations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Work on CRM, ERP, business application, AI, data, and digital transformation engagements.
- Coordinate between clients, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure successful execution.
- Support Agile project management, requirements clarification, delivery governance, and customer communication.
- Contribute to consulting-led engagements across EU and international markets.
Responsibilities:
- 68 years of experience in consulting, functional consulting, pre-sales, or project management.
- Prior experience with CRM / ERP engagements is required.
- Hands-on implementation exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 CE, Azure AI, or data engagements is preferred.
- Strong communication, client-facing, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior management consulting experience or MBA from IIM / top-tier Indian business schools will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working in a consulting-driven environment, not as a pure technical consultant.
Responsibilities:

- Experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or business transformation projects is preferred.

- Should be client-facing, structured, articulate, and comfortable operating in a consulting mode.
