1 Business Experience Architecture

• Partner with business stakeholders to define customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Design end-to-end personalization experience architecture across marketing content data and journey orchestration
• Align solutions with business KPIs conversion engagement retention ROI

2 Adobe Ecosystem Leadership

• Architect and integrate solutions across platforms such as AEP, RT-CDP, AEM, Content and CRM
• Realtime journey orchestration
• Customer Journey Analytics, Cross-channel analytics and insights
• Define data flows schemas identity resolution strategies and governance models
• Ensure optimal use of real-time profiles segmentation and activation

3 Agentic AI Integration :

• Design and implement Agentic AI-driven - Campaign strategies, workflows for Autonomous campaign optimization

Intelligent content generation personalization

• Integrate AI agents for decisioning and automation, work on data chunking for creating SLM
• Establish governance frameworks for AI transparency accuracy and ethics

4 Data Insights Strategy

• Architect unified data models enabling 360 customer view
• Enable closed-loop measurement systems across marketing and experience delivery

5 StakeholderProgram Leadership

• Act as a bridge between business marketing data and engineering teams
• Lead solution design workshops and executive presentations
• Mentor teams and define architecture standards and best practices
