You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Key responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, coordinating with internal/external partners, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing marketing strategies across channels including digital, social, email, and events. REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in life sciences or healthcare
- Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Professional marketing certifications valuable
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels (email, social, search, display)
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager)
- Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Adobe Analytics)
- Excellent project management capabilities managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Detail-oriented with focus on achieving objectives
- Ability to translate complex technical information into compelling marketing messages
- Travel may be required (10-15%)
- Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
