Customer Coordinator- Home Appliances of Electronic Testing Lab

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers regarding testing requirements for home appliances and electrical/electronic products.
• Handle inquiries related to testing services, quotations, sample submission, timelines, and reports.
• Maintain proper records of customer communications, sample details, and project status.
• Coordinate internally with laboratory engineers and technical teams for timely execution of testing activities.
• Follow up with clients for pending documents, approvals, payments, and sample dispatches.
• Assist in preparation and sharing of quotations, work orders, invoices, and test reports.
• Update customers regarding testing progress and report delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation as per NABL / ISO 17025 quality management procedures.
• Support business development activities through customer engagement and service coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-7 years of experience in customer coordination, laboratory coordination, client servicing, or back-office operations preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical/electronic or home appliance products will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
