Customer Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using data science, machine learning, and analytics.
• Design and implement data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Develop predictive models using Hadoop, Spark, SQL, or other technologies to drive business outcomes for clients.
• Provide expert consulting services on customer engagement strategies based on analysis of customer behavior and preferences.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Consultant or related field (e.g., management consulting).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience working with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js; ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.
