Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer communications comply with applicable regulations.
• Review customer notifications, advisories, campaigns, letters, emails, SMS, and digital messages before release.
• Track regulatory changes and update communication processes accordingly.
• Work with Compliance, Legal, and Business teams to obtain required approvals.
• Maintain consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage communication schedules and customer notification timelines.
• Verify that all communications are clear, accurate, and complete.
• Secure stakeholder approvals before customer release.
• Maintain communication archives for audit purposes.
• Release communications within defined regulatory timelines.
• Keep records of communications and approval evidence.
• Prepare reports for internal and external audits.
• Assist with compliance reviews and investigations.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and compliance performance.
• Safeguard customer data privacy and confidentiality.
• Ensure customer data privacy and confidentiality are maintained.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in customer communication, compliance, service operations, quality, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience handling customer communications in regulated industries is preferred
