Customer Care/Tele calling

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and queries professionally.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with customers.
• Maintain customer records and update details in Excel.
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
• Customer handling and telecalling experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with 23 years of experience in Customer Care, Telecalling, or Customer Support roles.
