Process: Customer Care Representative (TCS GEM)

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Communication: Excellent English communication skills (V5)

Job Responsibilities:-

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers in English.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service quality.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Minimum 6 months of experience, with experience documented on paper.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (V5).
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Salary & Benefits:-

• CTC: 26,000 per month
• In-hand Salary: 20,900 per month
• Shift: Day shift
• Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday off
