We are hiring dynamic, spoken-word enthusiasts for Domestic Voice Process - Contractual / Regular.

As a Remote Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for company's customers, providing them with solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

1. It's Completely Work from Home. Voice Process
2. 24*7 Shift || 6 Days Working & 1 Rotational Week Off
3. Immediate Joiners Required

Mandatory Home Infrastructure Requirements

To ensure uninterrupted operations, candidates must possess the following setup at home:

• System: Laptop or Desktop (Intel Core i5 or equivalent and above)
• Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
• Internet: Stable Wi-Fi connection (Minimum 40 Mbps)
• Power: Reliable Power Backup (Inverter/Generator) is mandatory
• Peripherals: USB Headset and Webcam

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi both.
• Minimum qualification: 10+2.
• Must have Aadhaar and Pan card.

Salary Structure:

1. Fresher:- 10,450 to 14,000 In-Hand, Max. 18,000 CTC (Based on Interview)
2. Experience:- 15,000k - 16000 In-Hand, Max. 19000 CTC (Based on Interview & Experience)
3. Apart From Salary, Quarterly Bonus will be provided - 2000 to 3000.
