Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of electric two-wheelers, expanding franchise and dealer networks, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role plays a key part in strengthening SpeedForce EV's market presence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and drive sales of SpeedForce EV electric two-wheelers through direct and channel sales.
• Identify, onboard, and support dealers, franchise partners, and institutional customers.
• Manage customer inquiries, negotiations, and order closures in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and follow-ups using CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation in BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in EV, automobile, FMCG, or related industries.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of electric vehicles and sustainable mobility concepts.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer and dealer relationships.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally as per business requirements.
