*Responsible for handling customer queries & Complaints related to optical lenses & products.

*Coordinate with dealers, distributor & internal team to resolve customer issues.

*Track orders, provide product information, maintain customer records & Ensure customer satisfaction.

*Follow up on pending requests & provide timely support to customers.

*Good communication and interpersonal skills
