Job Opening: Customer Support Executive Domestic Voice Process

Processes: Banking (Axis Bank) & Healthcare
Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries related to banking services or healthcare packages.
• Book patient appointments and explain healthcare services.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility:

• Banking: Graduation mandatory; freshers and candidates with 6 months1 year of experience can apply.
• Healthcare: 10+2 or Graduation; freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• English and Hindi mandatory for Banking; English mandatory for Healthcare.
• Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge required.

Salary:

• Banking Freshers: 16,200 CTC | 15,700 Take-Home.
• Banking Experienced: 23,000 CTC | 17,500 Take-Home.
• Healthcare: Salary as per company norms.

Work Schedule:

• Banking: 6 days working, 1 rotational week off; cab facility or transport allowance as applicable.
• Healthcare: 5 days working, 2 split week-offs; no cab facility.

Interview Rounds: HR Screening, Operations, Client Round, and Versant Test (Healthcare).
