WE ARE HIRING CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (VOICE PROCESS)
Location: Noida 142 Sec
Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month
Working: 5 Days Working
Shift: Rotational Shifts, including odd hours Cab Facility: Provided for odd-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
- Achieve quality and performance targets.
Eligibility: Customer service/BPO/voice process experience preferred. Good verbal communication skills required.
