Customer Care Executive Kolkata

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and provide end-to-end support for car rental and mobility services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails and chats.
• Manage vehicle reservations, booking modifications, cancellations and extensions.
• Assist customers with vehicle availability, pricing and rental policies.
• Handle roadside assistance requests including breakdowns, flat tyres, lockout assistance and accident-related support.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and interaction records in CRM.
• Handle billing, payment and refund-related queries.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Follow company SOPs, quality standards and service-level requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
