Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International E-Commerce Seller Support Chat Process in Pune.

The role involves supporting international sellers through chat, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 6–12 months of experience in International Voice & Chat Process
• Seller Support experience is mandatory
• Seller Support experience from any industry/domain can be considered
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international seller queries through chat
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Assist sellers with account, order, product, or process-related concerns
• Maintain professional written communication
• Follow process and quality guidelines
• Achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
