We are hiring for Customer Care Executive role in a leading BPO in Kolkata ,Immediate joiners preferred! Candidates who are from Kolkata or ready to reloacte to kolkata.

Job Details:

• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs
• Rotational Shifts (Mostly Night Shift)
• Cab Facility Available (Within Serviceable Range)
• Process: Chat

Eligibility:

• Excellent Communication Skills in English
• Comfortable with Rotational/Night Shift
• Freshers & Experienced Both Can Apply

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers
• Maintain professional and positive communication
• Resolve complaints in a timely manner
• Update customer records and interaction details in system
• Meet quality and productivity targets

Salary Package:

• Salary- 14k +transport allowance(1400)
