Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales & Operations City Coordinator to manage and organize our two-wheeler training programs for women in NCR. The ideal candidate will manage sales, training allocation, ensure smooth on-ground operations, support trainers and learners, and contribute to building an empowering community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate two-wheeler training sessions
• Telecalling for lead conversion
• Provide on-field support and inspection as and when required
• Act as the primary point of contact for trainers and address their operational needs.
• Facilitate a smooth experience for learners by coordinating with trainers and resolving queries.
• Manage logistical requirements, such as venue arrangements and resource distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, participants, and feedback.
• Prepare and share progress reports with the management.
• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment for all participantsRole & responsibilities
