• Identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Follow defined processes, quality standards, and organizational guidelines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
• Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
• Good listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered.
