Customer Care Executive

We are looking for candidates who know the following languages:

English with Punjabi

English with Telgu

English with Hindi (North ascent only)

English with Tamil

English with Kannada

Role & responsibilities

• Customer-focused attitude and the capacity to adjust to and handle various personalities
• Answering calls and emails from consumers
• Addressing their concerns and inquiries
• Guiding them through simple setup or troubleshooting procedures
• Co ordinating between clients and customers

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 0 - 1 years of experience in calling/customer support.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong multitasking and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
