Customer Care Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Sample Accessioning: Register and accurately enter all patient, sample, test, and billing details in the LIS.
2. Customer & Client Coordination: Handle queries through phone, WhatsApp, and email; coordinate with patients, patient coordinators, doctors, and credit clients.
3. Query Resolution: Handle and resolve queries related to samples, tests, reports, TAT, and other laboratory services in a timely and professional manner.
4. Test Information: Provide accurate information regarding laboratory tests, sample requirements, TAT, and other laboratory services.
5. Payment Coordination: Manage payment follow-up for cash clients, submit daily payment reports to the Finance team
6. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of patient information, medical records, and laboratory reports. Information must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
7. Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and timely resolution of operational issues.
8. Other Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or Consultants.
