Fresher:- 17k CTC + Incentives

Experienced:- Upto 24k CTC + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements

• Education 12th pass and Graduation both
• Freshers and experience both can apply
• Effective customer handling
• Effective listening and attention to detail required.
