SALARY & BENEFITS:-

Freshers

• 17,000 CTC per month
• 3,000 Performance Bonus

Experienced Candidates

• Up to 22,000 CTC per month
• 3,000 Performance Bonus
• Attractive performance-based incentives

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries through inbound calls and chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure professional and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
