Job Title Customer Care Executive (Gold Loans)
Job Description -
Responsible toacquire New Customers for generating Gold Loan business and for other cross sell products.
Participate in field- marketing activities toimprove the brand visibility of IIFL Finance Limited branch in the catchment areas and generate leads of prospective customers.
Drive & ensure continuous customer engagement through various channels.
Maintaining quality portfolio by tracking& controlling ROI .
Provide after salesservice to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase thecustomer base.
Strong follow up on interest collectionsto keep NPAs (non-performing assets) under control.
Desired Candidate Profile (CCE) -
Candidateswith 6 months of sales experience in Banking & Financial Services can applyfor the role.
Fresherswith flair in Sales can also apply.
In summary,the role focuses heavily on sales - acquiring new customers, engaging withexisting ones, ensuring portfolio quality, and collecting payments to minimizedefaults. Brand building through field marketing is also a key component.
CTC Upto 2.37 Lacs ( for Non Metro) / 2.8Lacs ( for Metro )
