Freshers: 17k CTC + 3,000 Performance Bonus

Experienced:Up to 21k CTC + 3,000 Performance Bonus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain updated knowledge of company policies and services
