About the Role: We are conducting mega hiring for Customer Care Executives in Gurugram & Noida. Openings are available across voice and chat processes. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via voice and chat support.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication.
• Deliver highquality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates and undergraduates eligible.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: 20,000 CTC/month + Incentives
• Experienced: Up to 28,000 CTC/month + Incentives
