PROFILE:- Customer Service

PROCESS:- Voice & Chat

SALARY & INCENTIVES:-

FRESHERS- 20k CTC + Incentives
EXPERIENCED:- Up to 28,000 CTC + Incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Handle customer queries through voice and chat support
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
• Maintain professional and courteous communication
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
  

ELIGIBILITY:-

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

• Good verbal and written communication skills
