Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Care Executives to handle customer queries, provide appropriate resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, or chats professionally.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries within the defined turnaround time.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
• Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet defined performance, quality, and productivity targets.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with good interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple systems.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
• Freshers can apply; relevant customer service/BPO experience will be an advantage.
