We Are Hiring: Customer Support Associates

Location: Gurugram Complete Remote WFH

Candidates need to be from Delhi or Gurgaon (noida / ghaziabad / faridabad candidates not eligible)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Process: Domestic / International Voice Process
Shift: Rotational Shifts & Weekly Offs
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Assist customers with queries, product information, account-related concerns, and service requests.
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow quality guidelines and process standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Undergraduates, Graduates, and Final-Year Students can apply only if they don't need exam leaves and will have to appear as an undergrad candidate
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to learn.
