Job Description

Teleperformance is hiring for an US Voice Process – Logistics role in Noida. The position involves handling customer interactions for a US-based logistics process and providing effective solutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for the US logistics process.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates: Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.
• Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of voice process experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in US rotational shifts.
• Candidates from Noida are preferred.

Salary

26,000 – 35,000 per month (in-hand)

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
