Customer Service Lead Generation
Location:
Malad, Mumbai
Salary
- CTC: Up to 40,000 per month
- In-Hand: Up to 35,000 per month (Note:Final offer depends on last drawn salary)
Shifts & Schedule
- Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Week Off: Fixed Sunday Off
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience (Mandatory)
- Skills: Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international prospects to generate qualified leads.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to present key value propositions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer details in the system.
- Meet daily and monthly target key performance indicators (KPIs).
