Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer requests, provide product information, and offer solutions to issues through effective communication skills.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in an inbound voice process environment (BPO/Call Centre).
• Strong knowledge of outbound process, voice processing, and inbound voice process procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
