Customer Care Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and chats.
• Understand client travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Manage inbound and outbound tour inquiries.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve post-booking concerns/escalations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up communications.
• Knowledge of UK and European destinations will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Travel & Tourism or Customer Service is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
