Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls, inbound queries, and email communication with prospective donors and supporters.
• Provide accurate information about company's campaigns, initiatives, and donation processes while converting prospects into opportunities through pledges, follow-ups, and successful closures.
• Build positive relationships with donors and encourage long-term monthly support for company's programs.
• Create awareness about company's global and India-focused initiatives for children and communities.
• Collect and maintain donor information and relevant details required for donation processing and communication.
• Understand donor requirements and provide suitable solutions to encourage continued engagement.
• Ensure all interactions are conducted professionally, respectfully, and in alignment with organisation values.
• Maintain a donor-focused approach while achieving campaign goals and performance targets.
