What you'll do
1. Provide dedicated support to riders by handling their queries and resolving operational issues quickly.
2. Coordinate with Store Operations, Delivery and Customer Success teams to resolve rider-related issues.
3. Handle escalations related to failed return pick-ups, RTOs and other delivery-related challenges.
4. Manage a high volume of rider calls while maintaining accuracy, speed and quality of resolution.
5. Identify recurring rider issues and share insights with the relevant teams to improve processes and reduce repeat queries.
