URGENT HIRING CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (COMPLAINTS)
Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi
Position: Customer Service Executive
Department: Customer Service – Retail
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, complaints & escalations through email.
Provide information regarding loan applications, disbursements, repayments, foreclosure & statements.
Resolve customer concerns within defined TAT.
Escalate complex cases to relevant departments.
Maintain customer records in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for complaint resolution.
Meet productivity & quality targets.
Support Nodal Helpline / Email Team when required.
Eligibility
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate
Age: 21–30 Years
Experience: 2–5 years in complaint handling, preferably in the same industry.
Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication, customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Technical: MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint & CRM knowledge.
Other: Flexible working hours, attention to detail, customer-focused, positive & patient attitude.
