Customer Support Executive

Location:- Work From Home / Remote

Graduate/ Undergraduate/Fresher/ Experience can apply.

Salary:- Upto 18,000 CTC + Incentives

Working Schedule

6 days working w ith 1 rotational week off
Rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions through calls, chat.
• Understand customer concerns and assist them with appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
• Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
• Record and update customer information and interactions accurately in the system.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with online systems.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Freshers are welcome; relevant BPO/customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Candidates should have a suitable setup and reliable internet connection for work from home.
