Customer Care Executive (US Process)

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our international outbound team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research on various web platforms to gather specific information. When information is not available online, you will engage with service providers in the US to ensure data accuracy. We value clear communication and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage customer interactions via phone in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined turnaround times.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and internal processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM systems.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and the overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience in international calling or interacting with US-based customers.

- Proficiency in verbal and written communication to effectively engage with overseas providers.

- Ability to perform detailed web-based research and data verification.

- Flexibility to work in night shifts to align with US business hours.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Previous experience working within a utility process or similar industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with US business etiquette and regional nuances.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Comfort with using CRM tools and digital research databases.
