• Handle customer queries through international voice support.
• Assist customers with banking accounts, transactions, cards, payments, statements, and account-related queries.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while following process guidelines and security procedures.

• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Shift: Night / Rotational Shift
• Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Off

Salary

• Freshers: 22,000 + 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
• Experienced: 26,000 + 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
