Salary

Freshers: 21,000 25,000 In-Hand

Experienced Candidates: Up to 35,000 In-Hand

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls and blended channels.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
