Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure solutions. Inbound process. Attracts potential customers by answering questions and suggesting information about services. Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction, follow communication procedures and policies. Handling calls and email inquiries/queries raised by prospects/clients. Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to explain complex information clearly and simply. Location: Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification required is graduate/post graduate degree in any field except engineering.
• Experience: 0-5 Years.
• The candidate should have experience from the Mutual Fund Industry or from any other industry with experience to handle clients; should have a right attitude. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati; strong verbal communication in English. Loyal, honest, with long-term vision and decision-making ability.
