Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and requests through phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while communicating with customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
