Customer Care Executive | CMA CGM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send Draft Bills of Lading to customers based on shipping instructions
  
• Ensure all customer requirements are followed as per SOPs, reference guides, and country regulations
  
• Maintain accuracy and turnaround time as per defined standards
  
• Escalate job-related issues and concerns to the Supervisor when required
  
• Raise only genuine and valid queries to the Front Office (FO)
  
• Achieve individual and team targets consistently
  

Candidate Profile (Ideal):

Qualification:

• Any Graduate
  

Experience:

• 02 years
  
• Freshers may apply
  

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong keyboard skills / good typing speed
  
• Good geographical knowledge
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Freshers may apply
• Candidates should be based in Navi Mumbai or Thane
• Western Line candidates are not preferred
• Ulwe and Taloja locations are excluded
