Customer Support Executive Food Delivery Process (Day Shift)

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading food chain's customer support process. Candidates will handle customer queries related to food orders, delivery issues, order status, and other food-related concerns.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
• Minimum B2-level English communication skills.
• Good grammatical accuracy with no major grammatical mistakes.
• No strong mother-tongue influence (MTI).
• Basic knowledge of Customer Service Associate (CSA) responsibilities.

Work Details:

• 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
• Rotational night shifts for both male and female candidates.
• No cab facility available.
• Night allowance provided depending on logout timing.

Salary Details:

Freshers:

• CTC: 24,000 per month
• In-hand Salary: 20,000 per month

Experienced Candidates:

• CTC: 27,000 per month
• In-hand Salary: 24,000 per month
