1. Customer Care Executive (0-4 Years): Handle ticket bookings, customer queries, complaints, and ensure excellent guest service.

2. Duty Officer (4-8 Years): Supervise daily cinema operations, coordinate teams, handle guest concerns, and maintain service standards.

3. Duty Manager (4-8 Years): Oversee overall cinema operations, team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational compliance.

4. Commis Chef (1-4 Years): Prepare food as per standards while maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety.

5. Maintenance Executive (2-5 Years): Handle routine maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other cinema facilities.

6. Multi-Skilled Technician (3-5 Years): Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other technical systems.
