Role & responsibilities

• Responsibility promptly to customer questions via phone.
• Managing account updates, billing inquires, refunds etc.
• Updating knowledge bases and FAQs and internal help articles to streamline future support interacions.
• Maintain tracking data for future refrence.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12th pass
• graduation not mandatory
• only work from office
• immediate joiners only
• same day selection n offer both

Salary in the range of 16000 to 25000.
