Profile-

1. Customer Support Executive -Fluency in English & Hindi both
2. Telesales Executive --Fluency in English & Kannada

Location- Bengaluru

Salary-

• Fresher- upto 22k CTC (17k in hand)
• Experienced- upto 25k CTC (19k in hand)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through calls.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally within defined timelines.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Communicate effectively with customers in English and Hindi.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile-

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English & Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
