About the Role

The Customer Agreements Team is responsible for maintaining centralized global standards for agreement creation and ensuring accurate data across Global Services, Alliances & Channels, and the Partner Network team. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong analytical, communication, and support skills to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and maintain customer agreements in line with global standards and compliance policies.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of agreement data to support multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Sales, Deal Management, Alliances & Channels, and Partner Network teams.
• Support order management processes by setting up Agreements.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in agreements and work with relevant teams for resolution.
• Adapt to changing business needs and work across global time zones.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in agreement creation and validation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in the support industry (experience in Order Management, Customer Agreements, or Deal Drafting preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with global stakeholder management experience.
• Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Order Management or Agreement processes.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for document validation or data accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
