Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Customer Acquisition Specialist to generate new leads, handle outbound calls, manage online customer enquiries, and convert potential customers into sales opportunities for our premium furniture business.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on generated leads.
• Generate leads through online platforms, digital enquiries, and other sources.
• Handle customer enquiries received through the website, social media, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
• Schedule showroom visits and coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Maintain lead data, call records, and follow-up status in CRM or other tracking systems.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3-10 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer acquisition, or online sales.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and online platforms.
• Strong follow-up skills, customer-handling ability, and a target-oriented approach.
