Customer account servicing

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer account servicing activities accurately and efficiently.
• Process account maintenance requests, customer information updates, and account-related transactions.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, transaction issues, and customer service requests.
• Review account details and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle customer disputes, including electronic fund transfer disputes, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with banking procedures, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
• Identify errors, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Knowledge of customer account servicing and account maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in US banking operations.
• Knowledge of Regulation E and electronic funds transfer disputes.
• Experience with ACH transactions, debit card disputes, or transaction investigations.
• Exposure to regulatory reporting, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
